1. Ordering Process
Rhodax’s Kitchen operates exclusively as a virtual restaurant. Orders must be placed via phone call or WhatsApp (using the contact numbers provided). Our website serves as an informational platform only; orders cannot be processed directly through the site.

2. Pricing & Menu Changes

• Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice due to ingredient costs, seasonal availability, or market fluctuations.
• Discounted prices (e.g., “$25\to$21″) reflect promotional offers and may be revised or withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Payment & Delivery

• Full payment is required before delivery. Accepted methods: e-transfer, cash on delivery (Toronto area only).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, or order volume.
• We deliver within Toronto and surrounding areas; inquire via phone/WhatsApp for eligibility.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before delivery; late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
• Refunds or replacements are offered for orders damaged in transit or incorrectly prepared (report within 1 hour of delivery).

5. Custom Orders & Catering

• Large orders (e.g., family trays, coolers) require 24 hours’ notice. Final pricing depends on quantity and customization.
• Catering deposits (50% upfront) are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

6. Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer
While we prioritize authentic preparation, cross-contamination may occur. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must notify us before ordering. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

7. Website Accuracy

• Menu descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes; actual servings may vary.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product availability at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Delivery delays caused by third-party services or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather).
